EfTEN Capital announces an open architectural ideas competition in Mārupe.
EfTEN Capital - the largest commercial real estate fund manager in Baltic States, on behalf of LLC "Patrizia Mārupe" announces an open architectural ideas competition draft design development "Low-rise multi-apartment residential buildings in Mārupe, Gaujas iela 5, Gaujas iela 5A, Gaujas iela 5B and Gaujas iela 5C" in order to obtain cooperation partners for further, more detailed construction plan Architectural parts development.
Tender regulations accepted by Latvian Association of Architects, the jury includes certified architects.Competition lasts till 28 February, 2019.
