EfTEN Capital announces an open architectural ideas competition in Jugla.
EfTEN Capital - the largest commercial real estate fund manager in Baltic States, on behalf of LLC "Vidzemes Virsotnes" announces an open architectural ideas competition draft design development "Multi-storey multi-apartment residential buildings in Riga, Juglas krastmala 13, Juglas krastmala 15 and Dzirnupes 5" in order to obtain cooperation partners for further, more detailed construction plan Architectural parts development.
Tender regulations accepted by Latvian Association of Architects, the jury includes certified architects.Competition lasts till 29 May, 2018.
